As we scale further, we are looking for a highly proactive, business-oriented, and execution-driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think across functions, and enjoys solving business problems while driving execution.
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Founder will act as the Founder's right hand, working across Marketing, Sales, Academics, Technology, Operations, HR, Finance, and Strategic Projects. The role requires someone who can coordinate with multiple teams, track key business initiatives, drive accountability, ensure timely execution, and support the Founder in making informed business decisions.
This is not a calendar-management role. We are looking for a highly capable individual who understands business, can communicate effectively with stakeholders, and can independently manage high-impact projects.
