As we scale further, we are looking for a highly proactive, business-oriented, and execution-driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think across functions, and enjoys solving business problems while driving execution.

Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the Founder will act as the Founder's right hand, working across Marketing, Sales, Academics, Technology, Operations, HR, Finance, and Strategic Projects. The role requires someone who can coordinate with multiple teams, track key business initiatives, drive accountability, ensure timely execution, and support the Founder in making informed business decisions.

This is not a calendar-management role. We are looking for a highly capable individual who understands business, can communicate effectively with stakeholders, and can independently manage high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Academics, Product, Technology, Operations, HR, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
  • Track key business metrics, team deliverables, and project timelines, ensuring accountability across departments.
  • Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution while proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving them.
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting notes, and actionable summaries for leadership review.
  • Assist the Founder in decision-making by gathering data, conducting research, analyzing trends, and presenting insights.
  • Monitor the performance of various business verticals and ensure follow-ups on critical action items.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications on behalf of the Founder.
  • Support hiring, partnerships, product launches, marketing campaigns, operational improvements, and special projects as required.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Manage high-priority escalations and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain systems, trackers, SOPs, and processes to improve execution and visibility across the organization.
  • Represent the Founder in meetings when required and ensure that commitments made are tracked to completion.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution.
  • 2-6 years of experience in Business Operations, Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business functions including Marketing, Sales, Technology, Academics, Operations, and Finance.
  • Ability to work with data, reports, spreadsheets, and business dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.
