We are hiring an Executive Assistant for the Strategy & Planning Office. The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You will work closely with a Member of the Board to ensure that meetings, communication, coordination, and execution run smoothly across multiple businesses and teams.
This is a high-visibility role at the centre of operations ideal for someone who enjoys structure, ownership, and enabling leadership efficiency.
About the Reporting Manager Member of the Board
You will support a Member of the Board who has experience building and scaling companies across technology, consumer, and industrial sectors. He works closely with leadership teams, investors, and advisors, and your role will be to help maintain clarity, coordination, and preparedness across his schedule and priorities.

Experience Required: 36 years as EA / Coordinator to CXO, Founder, or Board-level executive
Compensation: 812 LPA + performance-linked ESOP eligibility

Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar, Meetings & Coordination (25%)
Manage and prioritise the calendar
Plan agendas, notes, and meeting readiness
Coordinate cross-functional meetings with internal teams and external partners
Track deliverables and support structured follow-ups
Assist in planning leadership reviews and strategic events
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management (25%)
Act as the primary coordination point for internal and external stakeholders
Draft and review communication and email correspondence
Maintain an organised contact database
Coordinate discussions with consultants, advisors, and partners
Uphold a professional communication standard on behalf of leadership
3. Travel & Logistics (20%)
Plan domestic and international travel and documentation
Prepare itineraries and handle schedule changes
Coordinate logistics for meetings, board events, and conferences
Track budgets and reimbursements with finance
4. Execution & Operational Follow-ups (20%)
Track progress on projects and priorities
Build simple dashboards and trackers for visibility
Coordinate documents, approvals, and operational workflows
Ensure timely execution of leadership instructions
5. Administration & Organisation (10%)
Maintain files, records, and digital documentation
Manage renewals, payments, and correspondence
Support routine administrative processes
Ensure high confidentiality in all activities
