About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prepare meeting agendas.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, visas, transportation, and other travel logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business communications for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive executive and business information.
- Support business meetings, conferences, events, and leadership engagements from planning through execution.
- Track project deliverables, important deadlines, follow-ups, and expense reports to ensure timely completion.
- Assist leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements and handle last-minute priorities effectively.
- Maintain organized documentation, records, and correspondence related to executive activities.
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and business events.
- Knowledge of domestic/international travel, visa processes, and business protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills with the ability to handle last-minute changes.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
