The Hook

The CBO's office is the cockpit of our market expansion. In a massive, fragmented market ripe for tech-led disruption, we need a Business Operations Specialist who understands the pace of industrial trade. As the EA to the CBO, you are the Deal-Flow Catalystensuring that the CBO's focus remains on high-value strategic partnerships while you drive the discipline required to close the loop on every lead.

Your Three Main Objectives

Revenue Velocity: Own the CBO's calendar and pipeline visibility to ensure zero friction in the sales and partnership cycle.

Closure Discipline: Attend all strategic meetings to record high-stakes minutes and aggressively drive the closure of actionables across the business development team.

Key Project Governance: Manage the Business-Spreadsynchronizing complex supply-side integration with demand-side requirements to ensure seamless execution.

• The Business Operator: 0-1 years of experience in project coordination or executive support within a high-velocity Sales or Business Development environment.
• The Networked Disciplinarian: You have a trader's instinct for follow-ups; you know how to push for results across the business landscape.
• Commercially Sharp: You understand how market movements impact the local port markets and can prioritize the CBO's time accordingly.
• Platform-First: You are ready to move away from manual coordination and use data-driven tools to manage the business development pipeline.
