Hurun Reports seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant based in Cochin, Kerala. Candidate will be responsible to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should be able to handle confidential matters with discretion, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, address scheduling conflicts,coordinate appointments and Distribute meeting materials
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
  • Take minutes of meetings and track action points
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Event Execution:Assist in executing events in Kerala.Collaborate on planning and logistics.

2. Administrative Management

  • Maintain confidential files and documentation
  • Draft emails, Proposals, letters, and official communication and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Manage office documentation and compliance records
  • Provide general administrative support.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Follow up with departments on pending tasks
  • Handle vendor and client coordination

4. Operational Support

  • Support event planning and company initiatives
  • Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency

·       Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports vendor payments, and basic finance tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
