What You'll Own
- Daily HR Ops: Attendance, shift rosters, late/early exits, floor discipline, asset issuance/returns.
- Recruitment: Source screen schedule reference checks offer joining; maintain a 2-week bench for sales roles.
- Onboarding: Day-1 documentation, IDs/access, payroll inputs, buddy assignment, policy & PoSH briefing.
- HR MIS & Reporting: Daily headcount, hiring funnel, absenteeism, exits; publish dashboards by 11:00 AM.
- Performance Hygiene: Probation tracking, warning/PIP templates, monthly one-pagers for TLs.
- Compliance & Records: Contracts, NDAs, PoSH compliance, exit formalitiesaudit-ready at all times.
- Culture & Grievances: First-line escalation handling with quick, documented resolutions.
Must-Haves
- 13 years hardcore HR operations experience in high-volume environments (BPO/tele-sales/startups preferred).
- Hands-on management of 50+ employees (attendance, hiring, onboarding).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, data cleaning) and basic ATS familiarity.
- Confident communicator in Hindi & English; firm, floor-first approach.
- High ownership, process discipline, integrity under pressure.
- Good to Have: Chandigarh hiring network, experience issuing warning letters/handling exits, WhatsApp-based coordination, scheduling tools.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Time-to-Hire (sales): 7 calendar days from JD to DOJ
- Offer-to-Join Rate: 70%
- Onboarding SLA: 100% Day-1 completion (docs, payroll inputs, IDs)
- Attendance Compliance: 3% weekly unplanned absenteeism
- Early Attrition (60 days): 12%
- Reporting: Daily HR MIS by 11:00 AM without fail
30-60-90 Plan
- 030 days: Audit current processes, freeze formats (attendance, hiring funnel, warning/exits), close top urgent roles, start daily MIS.
- 3160 days: Build a 2-week hiring bench; standardize onboarding kit; reduce late/absences by 25%.
- 6190 days: Hit KPI targets; hand over a mini playbook so TLs can self-serve basics.
Compensation & Schedule
- Fixed: 22,00025,000 (based on interview rubric)
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 10,000 tied to KPIs
- Probation: 3 months (early confirmation on sustained KPI achievement)
- Schedule: On-site, 6-day work week; flexibility during hiring drives
