SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools is looking for a smart, proactive, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with Amol Arora in a fast-paced, purpose-driven education environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in the education sector, contribute to a growing school ecosystem, and work closely with senior leadership on administration, coordination, communication, planning, and execution.

At SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools, we are not just running schools. We are shaping young minds, supporting families, empowering educators, and building institutions that make a real difference every single day.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will support leadership with day-to-day coordination, communication, follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, and administrative execution. The ideal candidate should be polished, detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, professional in communication, and capable of managing multiple priorities with maturity and discretion.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, people coordination, and working in an environment where every day brings meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

• Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, reminders, and daily schedules

• Coordinating directly with internal teams, school staff, vendors, parents, and external stakeholders

• Preparing reports, presentations, documents, minutes of meetings, and follow-up notes

• Tracking tasks, deadlines, commitments, and pending action items

• Supporting administrative, operational, and leadership-level work

• Handling communication on behalf of leadership where required

• Organizing meetings, school events, reviews, visits, and leadership interactions

• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive school, parent, staff, and management information

• Assisting in planning, execution, and follow-up of key school initiatives

• Ensuring smooth coordination between departments and timely completion of assigned work

• Bringing structure, discipline, and clarity to daily operations

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized and disciplined

• Excellent in written and spoken English

• Confident in communication and coordination

• Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, email, calendars, and basic digital tools

• Professional, reliable, and discreet

• Good at follow-ups and task tracking

• Able to multitask without losing attention to detail

• Presentable, mature, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable working in a school environment

• Passionate about contributing to education and institution-building

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Admin Coordinator, Office Manager, School Administrator, Principal's Office Coordinator, Front Office Lead, or Management Assistant will be preferred.

Experience in the education sector, school administration, preschool, K-12 school, edtech, or service industry will be an added advantage.

Why Join SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools

The education sector is one of the most meaningful and future-focused sectors to work in. Unlike many roles where the impact is purely commercial, working in a school allows you to contribute to something larger: children, families, teachers, learning, values, and community.

At SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools, you will get the opportunity to:

• Work closely with senior leadership

• Learn how reputed school systems function

• Be part of a respected education group

• Contribute to real institutional growth

• Build strong administrative and leadership-support skills

• Work in a professional, people-centric environment

• Be part of a sector that is stable, respected, and socially meaningful

This is a role for someone who wants more than just a job. It is for someone who wants responsibility, exposure, learning, and the satisfaction of contributing to education.
