Role Description The Executive Assistant role at GoBabyGo EV is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing presentations and reports. This role will involve organizing internal and external meetings, maintaining documentation, handling correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-ups on key action items. The Executive Assistant will support project coordination, assist with data collection and basic analysis for decision-making, and help streamline communication across teams. The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document handling.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft emails, reports, and presentations clearly and professionally.

- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred; experience in mobility, logistics, or startup environments is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in business, administration, communications, or a related field is beneficial, along with a strong interest in sustainable mobility and growth-stage companies.
