Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior leaders, managing complex calendars, communications, and travel to improve efficiency. They act as a strategic partner, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and facilitating workflows to allow executives to focus on strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Email Management: Managing busy calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing incoming correspondence.Administrative Support: Booking travel, creating presentations, drafting communications, and maintaining records.Gatekeeping: Acting as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Special Projects: Organizing company events, performing research, and managing special tasks.Confidentiality: Handling sensitive company and personal information with high discretion.Key Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills.Soft Skills: Discretion, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
