We are looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant who can support the leadership team while ensuring a seamless experience for clients visiting the studio.
This role sits at the intersection of management, client experience, and sales coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operations and customer interaction.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the studio leadership to manage front-office operations, coordinate sales activities, and support business operations.
You will often be the first point of interaction for clients, while also helping leadership stay organized and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and design teams.
This role offers high exposure to business decision-making and studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for leadership
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and task trackers
- Assist with documentation, reports, and presentations
- Client Experience & Front Office
- Welcome clients visiting the studio and coordinate their meetings with designers
- Ensure a professional and smooth client experience during consultations
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate schedules with the design team
Sales & Studio Coordination
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups and coordination with prospective clients
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and project updates
- Coordinate communication between design, sales, and execution teams

Preferred Background
- 14 years experience in Executive Assistant / Client Coordinator / Sales Coordinator / Studio Coordinator roles
- Experience in interior design, real estate, architecture, or luxury services is a plus
