Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings; coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing; support meetings by managing agendas, notes, and follow-ups; organize travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks, errands, and reminders; coordinate household or personal requirements as needed.
  • Liaison & Communication: Act as the CEO's first point of contact; prioritize and route communications for timely responses.
  • Office Coordination: Ensure smooth daily operations of the CEO's office; provide general administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters

  • Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently

  • Comfortable handling both office and personal tasks
