Job Description

We are looking to engage a highly professional, organized, and dependable Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary for the Firm's Delhi office to provide executive support to senior leadership.

The role requires strong coordination ability, professional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to efficiently manage schedules, priorities, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for senior leadership
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Handle professional correspondence, scheduling coordination, and administrative documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, professionals, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely management of priorities, reminders, and workflow tracking
  • Assist in office coordination and administrative management responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day executive functioning and organizational requirements

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in administration, management, communication, or secretarial practices would be an added advantage
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, drafting, coordination, and professional correspondence
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, calendar management tools, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Prior experience in law firms, consulting firms, corporate offices, or professional services environments preferred

Eligibility & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role
  • Prior experience working with senior professionals, leadership teams, promoters, or CXO-level executives in a reputed corporate/professional environment is mandatory
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong time management, coordination, and organisational abilities
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and maturity
