Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located in Bengaluru. As an Executive Assistant at Entrust Family Office, your day-to-day tasks may include but are not limited to: managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, tracking and reporting financial data, supporting client relationship management, reviewing and prioritizing communication, and executing other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • A commitment to ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Experience in the finance industry and knowledge of investment products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
