We're looking for an energetic and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO who can help with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and follow-through. This is a high-visibility role where you'll work closely with the CEO's office, learn how leadership teams operate, and support smooth execution across meetings and priorities.
This role is best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, quick to learn, and comfortable communicating with different people.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling Support
Help manage the CEO's calendar: schedule meetings, send invites, coordinate availability, and handle reschedules.
Ensure meeting links, participants, and basic details are in place.
- Meeting Notes (MoMs) & Action Follow-up
Take Minutes of Meeting (MoMs): key discussion points, decisions, action items, owners, and timelines.
Follow up with teams on agreed action items and keep simple trackers updated.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination
Support travel planning when required: basic itinerary coordination, bookings support, and communication with vendors/travel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts for meeting fixes, information sharing, and next steps.
Communicate clearly, politely, and on time.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism
Handle information responsibly and maintain confidentiality for sensitive work and conversations.
What We're Looking For
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Good communication (written + verbal)

Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
High emotional intelligence (professional, calm, respectful, solution-oriented)
Basic comfort with tools like Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets, Zoom/Meet, Slack, etc.
