Role Description
This role acts as a trusted partner to the MD & CEO providing high-level support in managing business priorities, coordinating with the leadership team, ensuring timely execution of decisions, and driving CEO/MD-led projects. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Business MIS & Analytics
- Compile and maintain business MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for the CEO's review.
- Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure timely submission of updates, KPIs, anddashboards.
- Support review meetings with data preparation and summary analysis.
Leadership Interface & Project Management
- Work closely with leadership team members to track and drive cross-functional projects initiated by the MD & CEO.
- Monitor progress against defined deliverables, highlighting risks or delays proactively.
- Prepare progress updates, briefing notes, and presentation decks for leadership and board reviews.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO office and business functions to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
CEO/MD Projects & Idea Implementation
- Capture and document ideas, directions, and initiatives shared by the MD & CEO.
- Conduct background research, benchmarking, and feasibility analysis on identified ideas or business opportunities.
- Translate concepts into structured project charters and actionable steps with timelines and ownership.
- Follow through implementation by coordinating with relevant functions.
External Communication & Representation
- Coordinate interactions with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the MD & CEO.
- Support social media content review and approvals related to the company or leadership messaging.
Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage daily administrative and operational priorities of the MD & CEO.
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, and logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Draft, record, and circulate minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed action points.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and strategic information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post-graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or in a
- similar leadership support role
- Preference will be given to prior experience in logistics or food services businesses.
