Executive Assistant (EA) to a Director
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven professional with 8+ years of experience to support senior leadership in business analysis, operations management, administration, and sales performance tracking. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Director providing data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, supporting business planning, and ensuring smooth executive coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze business performance data, sales reports, and operational metrics.
- Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for leadership.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Support strategic planning and forecasting initiatives.
- Provide insights to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Executive & Strategic Support
- Prepare business presentations, board reports, and analytical briefs.
- Support leadership with decision-making data and performance evaluations.
- Track key initiatives and ensure follow-ups on strategic goals.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
- Operations Management
- Monitor operational workflows and process efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
- Support budgeting, procurement tracking, and cost control measures.
- Sales & Business Performance Support
- Track sales targets, KPIs, and revenue performance.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate sales performance reports.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing analysis, and business cases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Administrative & Process Oversight
- Ensure structured documentation and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for compliance and process alignment.
- Implement systems to improve operational transparency and accountability.
Education
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree is must.
Experience
- 8+ years in Business Analysis, Operations Management, Executive Support, or similar strategic roles.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Strong exposure to sales analytics and operational reporting.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
