Job Summary
We are looking for a highly professional, analytical, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic business partner to management, ensuring smooth coordination of business operations, strategic initiatives, reporting, and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO / Senior leadership and senior leadership team.
- Coordinate and monitor key business initiatives, strategic projects, and organizational priorities.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, business presentations, and management summaries for decision-making.
- Track organizational goals, action plans, and project progress to ensure timely execution.
- Assist management in strategic planning, operational reviews, and business analysis.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring for business growth opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between management and internal departments for smooth communication and coordination.
Business Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with project teams, finance, procurement, HR, and operations departments for seamless workflow management.
Analytical & Reporting Responsibilities
- Generate periodic business reports and analytical insights for management review.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Develop presentations, reports, and business proposals for investors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports and management updates.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, government authorities, and strategic partners.
- Support management during business meetings, negotiations, and corporate discussions.
- Build professional relationships with key stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels.
Calendar & Travel Management
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules, ensuring effective time management and coordination.
- Handle travel bookings, itineraries, meeting logistics, and follow-ups for smooth executive operations and communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Civil Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in Executive Assistant, Business Coordination, PMO, or Strategic Support roles.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, real estate, or project-based organizations preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with attention to detail.
