Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Founder & Director

Location: Delhi

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: MBA Preferred.

Preferred Industry: Healthcare, Hospitals, Healthcare Services, Multi-location Businesses.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder & Director. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing schedules, strategic initiatives, stakeholder communication, business reporting, and execution across multiple healthcare centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
  • Liaise with department heads, healthcare partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor business KPIs and strategic projects.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and business communications.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Support the Director in business planning and operational execution.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Exceptional coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • High ownership, accountability, and confidentiality.
