About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder & Director. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing schedules, strategic initiatives, stakeholder communication, business reporting, and execution across multiple healthcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Liaise with department heads, healthcare partners, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor business KPIs and strategic projects.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and business communications.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Support the Director in business planning and operational execution.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.

- Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
