About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage fast-paced workflows, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and schedule engagements to optimize time and productivity.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a primary point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review emails, reports, and official communications.
  • Coordinate with board members, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and initiatives to ensure timely completion.
  • Support planning and execution of leadership reviews, events, and meetings.
  • Maintain organized documentation, filing systems, and dashboards.

Project & Business Support

  • Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of business summaries.
  • Coordinate projects related to operations, infrastructure, finance, and marketing.
  • Provide administrative support during high-priority activities, launches, or events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
  • 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate, hospitality, aviation, or sports environment.
  • Experience working with C-suite leaders or senior executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
