Executive Assistant

Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to senior management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
• Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
• Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
• Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
• Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience in project management and event planning is a plus
