Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder will act as a trusted partner and strategic support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless execution of key initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Calendar Management
- Manage and prioritize a complex and dynamic calendar
- Schedule meetings aligned with business priorities
- Ensure the Co-Founder is well-prepared for all engagements
2. Marketing & Strategic Project Support
- Create client decks, presentations, and briefs as guided
- Support ongoing strategic and marketing initiatives
3. Communication & Relationship Management
- Manage client communication and draft professional responses
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and investors
- Maintain strong, professional relationships
4. Internal Coordination & Execution
- Drive follow-ups with teams and vendors to ensure timely execution
- Attend meetings (as required), document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
- Track action items and ensure closure
5. Travel, Events & Logistics
- Plan and manage travel itineraries, conferences, and schedules
- Coordinate logistics for events, offsites, and trade shows
- Provide on-ground support when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High ownership and proactive mindset
- Experience in handling senior stakeholders preferred
- Exposure to marketing/business strategy is a plus
