About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, business-oriented Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the COO. This role requires someone who can analyse business data, prepare insightful reports and presentations, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business data and prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, and actionable insights for leadership review.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, reports, business proposals, and strategic documents using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Leverage AI productivity tools to enhance reporting, research, documentation, and business analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track key business initiatives, monitor action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Draft professional business communications, meeting summaries, executive briefs, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
- Handle confidential business information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely follow-up on key priorities and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analyst, Strategy, Consulting, Chief of Staff Support, or Business Operations roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive individual who can independently drive follow-ups, manage business priorities, and support leadership in strategic initiatives.
