Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and business-minded individual to work directly with the Founder as her Executive Assistant and Business Associate. This is not a routine admin role. It is a Founder's Office role where you will be the Founder's right hand - managing her day-to-day priorities while also contributing actively to business growth, ideas, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Founder's Office & Administrative Support:

- Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and day-to-day coordination for the Founder

- Handle communication, follow-ups, and documentation

- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes

- Maintain confidentiality and act as a bridge between founder and team

2. Business & Brand Support:

- Assist the Founder with new business ideas, market research, and strategy

- Contribute creative and business suggestions forD'JANAÉ - Premium Attars (products, marketing, packaging, sales channels)

- Research competition, trends in luxury, D2C, perfumery & beauty space

- Support in operations, vendor coordination, and execution of new initiatives

Who We Are Looking For:

- Graduate / MBA with a strong business acumen and interest in D2C / Luxury / Beauty brands

- Excellent communication

- Proactive, trustworthy, and takes ownership

- 0-3 years of experience. Freshers with the right attitude are also welcome.
