About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support leadership in managing strategic partnerships, investor relations, licensing discussions, banking relationships, and day-to-day business coordination.
This is a high-exposure role ideal for someone who understands business communication, follows up strongly, and can help convert opportunities into structured outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership & Business Development Support
- Manage inbound/outbound communication with banks, fintechs, payment companies, compliance vendors, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, demos, and partnership discussions.
- Prepare partnership decks, proposals, summaries, and follow-up notes.
- Track pipeline of prospects, introductions, and negotiations.
- Maintain CRM / partnership tracker.
Founder's Office Support
- Manage calendar, travel, reminders, priorities, and scheduling.
- Draft emails, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn outreach, and business correspondence.
- Ensure action items from meetings are completed on time.
- Help research markets, licenses, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Operations & Execution
- Liaise with legal, finance, HR, and vendors when required.
- Coordinate hiring interviews for strategic roles.
- Organize data rooms, documents, NDAs, contracts, and partnership files.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for leadership.
Preferred Candidate ProfileMust Have
- 2–6 years experience as Executive Assistant / Founder's Office / Business Coordinator / Partnerships Coordinator.
- Excellent spoken & written English.
- Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
- Good with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, CRM tools.
- Smart communicator with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech / banking / payments / startup ecosystem.
- Experience handling international clients or partners.
- LinkedIn outreach / cold email experience.
