Job Description

Office Operations: Managing daily tasks such as mail distribution, office supply procurement, and

inventory tracking.

Communication & Greeting: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and managing

incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.

Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinating meeting calendars, booking conference rooms, and

arranging travel logistics for staff or executives.

Document Management: Organizing physical and digital filing systems, performing data entry,

and maintaining accurate company records.

Financial Support: Assisting with basic bookkeeping, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and

supporting budget preparation.

Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up action

items.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and

familiarity with CRM, ERP, or project management software.

Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to multitask under pressure.

Professionalism: High level of discretion when handling confidential information and a proactive

problem-solving mindset.
