Job Title: Executive Assistant to Directors & Customer Relationship Management
Reporting To: Promoter / Director(s)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and client-focused professional to provide executive support to the Promoter/Director(s) while managing client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination across business divisions. The ideal candidate should have experience working directly with senior leadership and handling high-value clients in a fast-paced, luxury business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules of the Director(s).
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, MOMs, presentations, and reports.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups and execution.
- Manage correspondence and maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Act as a key liaison between Directors, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Leadership & Cross-Division Coordination
- Coordinate with Directors and stakeholders across multiple business divisions.
- Ensure seamless communication and follow-up on leadership decisions and organizational priorities.
- Facilitate management reviews, strategy meetings, and inter-departmental coordination.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage the complete client lifecycle from onboarding to project completion.
- Maintain client databases, records, and communication history.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and relationship management with professionalism.
- Ensure a premium customer experience through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
Client & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Accounts, and other internal teams for project-related communication.
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, site visits, and project reviews.
- Track project updates, commitments, and key deliverables.
Presentation & Documentation
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, project updates, and executive summaries.
- Maintain organized documentation of client records, approvals, and project information.
Corporate Event Management
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, annual reviews, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and business networking events.
- Manage event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and execution in line with the company's brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience working directly with Promoters, Directors, or Founders is mandatory.
- Experience in luxury real estate or premium project-based businesses will be preferred.
- Good communication & presentation skills is a must have.
- Candidates living in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR will be given preferences.
