About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant who can support leadership in business analytics, operational coordination, reporting, and strategic execution. The candidate will work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze sales, finance, operations, procurement, and business performance data
- Create dashboards, reports, and business presentations
- Track KPIs and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
Operations Management
- Monitor day-to-day operational activities across departments
- Coordinate with sales, finance, HR, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and operational priorities
- Ensure timely execution of management decisions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation
- Maintain operational documentation and reports
Executive Support
- Manage leadership calendars, meetings, action trackers, and follow-ups
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and ensure action closure
- Draft business correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication
- Support strategic projects assigned by management
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, business operations, strategy, or executive support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or BI tools preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
