Alvarez & Marsal is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with 10+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being the right hand to leadership, is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels in managing high-stakes internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless calendar, travel, and meeting management support to senior leaders
  • Coordinate complex schedules across time zones, ensuring optimal use of time
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Draft professional correspondence, meeting notes, and executive briefings
  • Plan and manage high-level meetings and events
  • Support in day-to-day operations, ensuring follow-ups and actionables are tracked and closed

What We're Looking For:


  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in consulting, professional services, or global corporates
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and calendar management tools
