Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Certification required:
Professional certification in Executive Assistance is a plus.
