Abdos Labtech Private Limited is a manufacturer of high-quality plastic laboratory products. Established in 2009, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Roorkee, Uttarakhand about 4 hours from the Indian capital, New Delhi. Since its inception, we have been prototyping, designing, developing, and manufacturing high-quality plastic products for use in life science laboratories around the world. In addition to plastics, we also market a large variety of benchtop instruments and products for safety & and utilities for use in the laboratory.

We follow intense quality control measures, audits, and periodic reviews to ensure our plant, warehouse, and maintenance system run effectively and efficiently leaving no compromise on the quality served to the end-user.

Role & Responsibilities: -

Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze business data to provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and KPI summaries using Power BI and Excel.
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
  • Create and maintain business models for revenue, cost, productivity, and growth analysis.
  • Use CRM and analyse data about opportunities and customer reach.

Presentation & Communication

  • Design professional and data-driven presentations for internal reviews, board meetings, and client pitches.
  • Convert complex data into easy-to-understand visual formats for executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and data for reports.

Tools & Software Expertise

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, Macros, etc.) to manipulate data efficiently.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.

Sales Support

  • Searching International customers through google search, export data, events data and exhibition data.
  • Coordinating with International customers for annual contracts and arranging physical and teams meetings.

Meetings

  • Coordinating meetings, making agenda and attending weekly and monthly meetings.
  • International agreements once a year.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.

Experience:-

Minimum of 8+ years in the same field of Life Science / Biotechnology.
