Role Brief:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Innovation Officer, Vatsal Jain, in driving high-impact initiatives across product innovation, strategy, and cross-functional execution. This role goes far beyond calendar managementit demands strategic thinking, strong business understanding, superior communication skills, and the ability to function as the CIO's operational right hand. You will manage workflows, coordinate high-level projects, streamline communication across departments, and ensure seamless execution of priorities. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and enable leadership efficiency, this role is made for you.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage CIO's schedules, priorities, and workflows with precision.

Support strategic and innovation projectstracking deliverables, coordinating teams, and ensuring execution.

Prepare briefs, presentations, research summaries, and decision-ready documents.

Act as a communication bridge between CIO and internal/external stakeholders.

Organise to do lists, meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and innovation sprints.

Manage travel, documentation, follow-ups, and confidential information.

Research emerging trends, technologies, and strategic opportunities.

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.

Around 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support, or similar strategic coordination role.

Experience working directly with CXO-level leadership in a fast-moving organisation.

Exceptional communication skillswritten and verbalwith strong command over professional business communication.

High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and documentation systems.

Strong analytical skills, ability to structure information, and keen attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, manage ambiguity, and work with tight deadlines.

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
