Job Description

Role : Executive Assistant

Location : Nariman Point

Qualification : B.com

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Job Description :

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, appointments, and meetings of senior leadership.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Assist in planning and execution of internal and external meetings, events, and reviews.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and important documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between senior management, clients, and internal teams.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, action points, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Handle MIS, data management, and preparing business-related reports.
  • Provide general administrative support and perform additional duties as required.
