· Knowledge and understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw and Adobe InDesign.
· Design packaging (cartons, foils/labels, and leaflets) that meets the standards of the pharmaceutical sector.
· Maintain the database of artworks (artwork tracker) for any audits or other regulatory needs.
· Excellent level of computer literacy and technical aptitude with working knowledge of MS Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, artwork software and artwork & text comparison tools.
· Perform proof-reading of artworks to ensure it is in-line with requested amendments using comparison tools.
· Deliver artwork projects against critical deadlines whilst retaining regulatory standards.
· Effectively manage assigned tasks within the process to bring the new product/version within timeline.
· Maintain a high level of accuracy and work to a high standard at all times.
· Manage multiple artwork projects and product portfolios simultaneously.
· Critique artwork and ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines.
· Improve efficiency by using initiative, coordination, and administrative skills.
· Close coordination with internal business functions and stakeholders responsible for change process for new product or new version introduction. These will mostly be Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management.
· Develop and manage ongoing professional relationships with partner companies.
· Maintain an organised work environment.
· Travel will be required with the role within and outside the UK, dependent on the project.
· Contribute in setting up departmental procedures, policies and systems and assist with training and implementation.
