Role Description The Executive Architectural Associate will support the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through detailed design and construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and coordinating construction drawings, BIM models, and design documentation, as well as assisting with design development, material selection, and technical detailing. The role involves reviewing and compiling submittals, tracking design changes, and liaising with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The Executive Architectural Associate will also support project management tasks, including monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and helping to meet deadlines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational skills in architecture, including design development, space planning, and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and coordinate construction drawings and related technical documentation with attention to accuracy and buildability.
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools (e.g., Revit) and related digital design software for coordination and visualization.
  • Experience managing submittals, including reviewing, organizing, and tracking materials, shop drawings, and other contractor documentation.
  • Capability to support project management activities, such as coordinating project timelines, assisting with stakeholder communication, and maintaining documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent relevant discipline; registration or progress toward professional licensure is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and MS Office tools.
