We are hiring an Executive - Infra and App Support (on 3rd party payroll) at Hyderabad.
Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Good Knowledge of Application and Infra support.
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Act as a point of contact between project teams and external stakeholders.
- To ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure at client's office.
- Strong Communication in English and Hindi languages.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting email clients like Microsoft O365 and Outlook.
- Managing and resolving User hardware/software/network related issues in a timely manner.
- Providing support for Microsoft Windows, and Applications support (User Level).
- Installing OS and configuration Windows 11.
- Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Local and Network Printer configuration.
- Coordinate with manufacturers/providers to resolve technical problems with Systems & Software.
- Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
- Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
- Good Knowledge in Ticketing tool.
