Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Analyst in the Founders Office. The Executive Analyst will work closely with the leadership team to perform in-depth business analysis, develop strategic plans, and assist in high-level consulting. The role involves deploying analytical skills for decision-making, participating in strategic discussions, preparing dashboards and performance reports, and handling financial insights necessary to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support strategic decisions
- Experience in Business Analysis, including identifying gaps and opportunities within business operations
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and developing actionable roadmaps for achieving organizational goals
- Knowledge of Consulting practices to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Understanding of finance to analyze budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
