Job Description

The Junior Executive will work closely with the CIO to support day-to-day investment

operations, coordination, and administrative functions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless

communication across internal teams, external vendors, and clients, while maintaining high

standards of documentation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. CIO Office Support

Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and internal reports

Track action items and ensure timely execution across teams

2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Act as a central coordination point between investment, operations, compliance,

and external vendors

Liaise with service providers such as custodians, legal advisors, auditors, and

technology vendors

Ensure smooth communication flow and timely resolution of operational issues

3. Client Onboarding & Documentation

Support onboarding of investors including KYC, AML, and regulatory documentation

Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for timely processing

Maintain and organize investor records and documentation

4. Operational & Administrative Support

Assist in fund-related documentation, agreements, and filings

Maintain internal trackers for deals, investor communication, and compliance requirements

Support vendor onboarding and payment coordination

5. Compliance & Process Adherence

Ensure all processes adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements

Maintain proper audit trails and documentation standards

Assist in preparation for internal and external audits

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail and documentation discipline

Effective communication and coordination skills

Basic understanding of financial markets / asset management preferred

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong aptitude can be considered)

Prior exposure to financial services / asset management is an added advantage
