Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for the role of Executive Agri Projects, based in Perumade ,Kerala. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing agricultural projects, coordinating with farmers, executing sustainable sourcing initiatives, supporting backward integration strategies. They will also help maintain compliance with agricultural and environmental standards, manage data and reporting, and contribute to Vanilla project optimization efforts.
Qualifications
Project management and coordination skills, with experience in managing agricultural projects and farm-based operations.
Knowledge of sustainable sourcing methods, backward integration strategies.
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to agricultural activities.
Understanding of agricultural standards, including environmental and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in stakeholder communication and training for farmer engagement initiatives.
Educational background in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, Natural Sciences, or related fields is required.
Prior experience in agriculture or agribusiness roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to sustainability are highly valued.
