We are looking for a passionate and driven Advertiser Sales Executive – Global to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of affiliate/performance marketing ecosystems and the ability to build long-term advertiser relationships while onboarding high-performing campaigns across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new global advertiser campaigns on competitive industry terms and payouts across Performance, Video, and Display models.
- Develop and manage exclusive campaign deals for vCommission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and direct brands.
- Understand and manage different pricing models including CPS, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPV, and CPI.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging campaign opportunities.
- Coordinate campaign onboarding, delivery tracking, billing closure, and payment follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing team for campaign feedback, optimization, and client retention.
- Monitor media budgets and provide periodic campaign analysis, including media negotiations and performance recommendations.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end relationship management including requirement gathering, solution offering, servicing, and retention.
- Stay updated with tracking technologies, affiliate tools, and performance marketing trends.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of CPS/CPL/CPA/CPC/CPV/CPI models.
- Knowledge of Lead Generation and CPS campaigns.
- Familiarity with tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
- Passion for digital marketing and business development.
