Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leadership with administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks. The role involves preparing presentations and documents, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Create and maintain professional presentations and business documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
  • Manage executive calendars and ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
