About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Directors across Wick and Lauls. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage administrative, HR-related, and coordination responsibilities while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities- Executive SupportManage and maintain calendars for Directors, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- HR & Hiring SupportAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administrative Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for both Wick and Lauls
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordination & OperationsEnsure smooth communication between departments and leadership
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Assist in implementing and improving office processes
Requirements- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
