Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office systems, files, and records.
- Support daily administrative operations including correspondence, scheduling, and logistics.
- Prepare and process official letters, memos, and documents as required.
Student & Staff Support:
- Assist in managing student records, processing forms, and responding to general queries.
- Support onboarding activities for new students and staff, including document verification and record updates.
- Handle requests for bonafide certificates, ID cards, loan letters, etc.
Office Assistance:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and event logistics when required.
- Ensure office supplies, stationery, and resources are stocked and organized.
Data & Reporting:
- Update databases and maintain accurate documents in physical and electronic formats.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Management, or related area.
- 12 years of relevant experience in administrative support (educational or office environment preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and basic database handling.

Working Conditions:
- On-site role with routine office hours.
