Executive Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Strong experience in Windows & Mac OS setup, updates, and issue resolution. Hardware support – laptops, peripherals, Mobile device support (iOS/Android). Server Management activities (AD, DHCP, DNS, WDS, Print server..ETC). Knowledge of basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, IP topology, firewall..etc), Wi-Fi troubleshooting & connectivity support, Understanding of IP addressing and network diagnostics. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Audio-visual tools (Zoom, Teams Rooms, Webex) and Conference room setup & video conferencing support. Understanding of endpoint protection tools, Knowledge of secure device handling for executives, corporate security policies.
