Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities
A. CEO Office & Administrative Support
* Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
* Prepare, circulate, and track Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), ensuring timely follow-up on action items with relevant departments.
* Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including bookings and logistics, in line with approved budgets.
* Handle confidential communication, documentation, and records for the CEO's office.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
B. Office Administration & Coordination
* Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
* Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
* Manage vendor relationships, including AMCs and service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and payments.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support operational needs, meetings, and events.
