Executive - Admin & Accounts

The Executive - Admin & Accounts role supports essential administrative and accounting activities, with an emphasis on payment processing, financial documentation, statutory payments, and accurate record maintenance. This onsite position requires effective coordination, careful deadline management, and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments and support accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Prepare financial data and maintain supporting records using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate TDS and GST payments and maintain the required documentation
• Support overseas remittances, bank documentation, filing, and financial record maintenance
  
  

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial data preparation
• Experience in vendor payment processing and accounts payable
• Knowledge of TDS and GST payment procedures
• Familiarity with overseas remittances and bank documentation
• Good documentation, filing, and record-maintenance skills
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
