Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented GTM Marketing & Inside Sales Executive to support demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, digital campaigns, and inside sales activities. The role will be responsible for creating awareness, generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team in building a healthy pipeline.
The ideal candidate should possess strong marketing, communication, and lead generation skills, along with experience in CRM platforms, marketing automation, digital marketing, and outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Inside Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound led follow-up and outbound prospecting via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer requirements, business needs, and buying intent.
- Route Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the appropriate sales teams for further engagement and opportunity closure.
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and potential opportunities.
- Support pipeline development through proactive lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
- Track led progression across the sales funnel and coordinate closely with regional sales teams.
GTM & Account-Based Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic and named accounts.
- Design and execute integrated GTM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, paid media, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define account strategies and personalized engagement plans.
- Build and maintain campaign calendars aligned with product launches, regional priorities, and business objectives.
- Develop customer segmentation and persona-based marketing programs to improve campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Measure and report campaign performance against key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, ROI, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Build dashboards and reports using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Analyze customer engagement trends and recommend optimization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments to improve campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain campaign documentation, editorial calendars, and marketing guidelines.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and marketing database accuracy.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, market trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Support event marketing, webinars, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, ABM, or B2B Technology Marketing.
- Experience in lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and campaign management.
- Exposure to enterprise software, BFSI, SaaS, or technology marketing will be an added advantage.
