Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize event and activation profitability
  • Ensure minimal variance between projected and actual costs by maintaining adherence to financial ratios
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee documentation and payment processes for all events
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery and flawless execution of assigned activities
  • Support the team in ideation, planning, and execution of on-ground events, activations, and marketing activities
  • Build and maintain strong market connections across major touchpoints such as malls, corporates, markets, etc
  • Lead seamless execution of events through close coordination with clients and internal sales teams

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA with 24 years of experience in P&L management or a Brand/Marketing Management role within consumer-facing industries (FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in client and vendor interactions
  • Prior experience in Events / BTL (Below the Line) marketing preferred
  • Highly organized with excellent planning and multitasking abilities
  • Mandatory knowledge of local market dynamics and local language proficiency
  • Experience in managing PAN India campaigns/activities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally/as per project requirements
