Implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize event and activation profitability
Ensure minimal variance between projected and actual costs by maintaining adherence to financial ratios
Manage vendor relationships and oversee documentation and payment processes for all events
Liaise and coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery and flawless execution of assigned activities
Support the team in ideation, planning, and execution of on-ground events, activations, and marketing activities
Build and maintain strong market connections across major touchpoints such as malls, corporates, markets, etc
Lead seamless execution of events through close coordination with clients and internal sales teams

Skills & Qualifications:
MBA with 24 years of experience in P&L management or a Brand/Marketing Management role within consumer-facing industries (FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in client and vendor interactions
Prior experience in Events / BTL (Below the Line) marketing preferred
Highly organized with excellent planning and multitasking abilities
Mandatory knowledge of local market dynamics and local language proficiency
Experience in managing PAN India campaigns/activities
Willingness to travel occasionally/as per project requirements
