Had responsibilities like Resource management, sub-contractor management, and site management
Coordinate work execution and client certification
Always ensured safe working practices and adhered to company guidelines.
Worked to please the client and aimed to achieve 100% client satisfaction.
Executing & Supervision of Building Construction, Concreting, Piling, Excavation, Backfilling, Plastering, Brick work Masonry, Conducting Survey, Levelling, Road Works, Drain, Trench etc.
Prepare construction method statements, work methods and Obtain approval for the methods.
Prepare the theoretical cycle time for the activities.
Conduct S/C workmen training & trade test and conduct regular pep talk at site for quality & safety.
Execute work as per approved method statements / work methods.
Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality & safety.
Prepare schedule of materials/ plant requirement.
Prepare S/c & client measurements on time.
Reconciliation of Materials.
