Job Description

Develop a strong understanding of 1 Finances approach and service offerings
Monitor the client s Financial Plan and conduct periodic meetings to review progress against the action plan
Support clients in the implementation of their Financial Plan, based on a comprehensive understanding of their financial profile
Design and implement communication strategies for advisory execution, including timely and relevant client nudges
Carry out client service tasks to ensure seamless support and satisfaction
Ensure adherence to all quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving results
Structured and analytical approach to thinking and execution
Solid understanding of operational workflows and documentation processes
