Job Description – Learning Support Associate
Role Purpose
To support the execution of core L&D programs through coordination, logistics, and stakeholder follow-ups, and gradually build capability to independently deliver onboarding and early-stage learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end coordination of L&D programs
- Manage logistics: calendar invites, session scheduling, room/Teams setup
- Track participant attendance, nominations, and completion
- Follow up on pre-work, post-work completion, and leader/manager sign-offs
- Maintain trackers, shared folders, and program documentation
- Support facilitators during sessions (note-taking, logistics, material sharing)
- Send program communications and reminders to stakeholders
- Independently deliver onboarding sessions
- Facilitate onboarding modules with guidance
- Drive learner engagement through discussions, activities, and follow-ups
- Collect feedback (VOC) and share insights for program improvement
- Assist in preparing facilitator guides, workbooks, and session materials
- Track program effectiveness metrics (participation, feedback, completion)
- Work closely with managers to ensure learning interventions are followed through
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Basic facilitation / presentation capability (or willingness to learn)
- Comfort with MS Tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Forms)
Experience Required
- 1 year of experience in L&D / HR / Training coordination
- Exposure to onboarding or training programs is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn facilitation and program delivery

- Timely follow-ups with stakeholders
- Ability to transition into independent facilitator role
